Counselling Services Melbourne
(or Online Counselling)

Personalised tools, strategies and support to help you find freedom, fulfilment and lasting happiness.

Life – along with all the emotions and struggles that come with it – can feel like a long and challenging road.

I should know, in my own life and in my 30+ years of counselling experience, I’ve come across many types of challenges. And these challenges have been experienced by people from all walks of life.

Yes, we all struggle sometimes. But I’m here to show you that struggling doesn’t have to be your permanent state.

With the right tools, strategies and support, together we can overcome your current challenges (and the challenges you’re likely to face in the future) so you can find freedom, fulfilment and lasting happiness.

What is counselling?

Counsellors. Psychologists. Psychiatrists. Therapists. You’re probably wondering – What the heck is the difference?

Yep, I know. It’s enough to make your brain explode. Here’s what you need to know:

Counselling with Personal Freedom focuses on helping you to understand yourself – your thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour – so I can provide customised tools and strategies that help you move away from the never-ending struggle and closer to lasting happiness and fulfilment.

What areas do we specialise in?

Struggle is universal. That’s why I work with all sorts of people facing all sorts of challenges. In particular, I specialise in:

  • Anxiety, depression and stress
  • Conflict resolution and anger management
  • Bullying or social isolation
  • Emotional, physical or sexual abuse
  • Grief counselling
  • LGBTQI counselling
  • Relationship counselling
  • Separation and divorce counselling
  • Youth counselling

What does counselling with Personal Freedom look like?

Via phone call, we’ll get to know each other, so you can determine if I’m the right fit for you and I can confirm I’m the right person to help you. If you don’t want to move forward there is absolutely zero obligation for you to do so

2. Counselling

Whether you want to take it one session at a time or are looking for ongoing support, appointments are available at our Greensborough location or can be conducted virtually, with flexible appointment times available.

In each appointment, we’ll have an open discussion before exploring practical tools and strategies to help you overcome your unique circumstances. Typically, I recommend appointments occur fortnightly to start with, but how frequently you’d like to book appointments is entirely up to you.

I won’t lock you into a minimum number of appointments or try to convince you to continue paying for appointments if the need is no longer there.
